RightEase India Private Limited ("RightEase", "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us") is the owner of www.RightEase.com and the RightEase mobile application (the URLs and mobile application together referred to as "Websites" and individually a "Website"). The terms 'you' or 'your' refer to you as the user (whether you are a Registered User, Unregistered User, Initial Care, or an HCP) of the Website or of the services offered by the Website ("Service").

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which you may cancel appointments or request refunds for services provided through the Website.

1.1. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before booking an appointment, as it provides all the details about the services or the appointment bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1. For cancellations, please contact the corresponding hospital directly.

2.2. Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellations of services for the next service period.

REFUND POLICY

3.1. We will strive to ensure the services meet your expectations. Refunds will be issued if the reasons for dissatisfaction are genuine and substantiated after investigation.

3.2. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of appointment booking. In the case of bank transfer or debit card payments, refunds will be made to the same account.
